Hong Kong
Delivery to HK is Free over 900HK$ spent. Order will be shipped between 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, exclude public holiday). We use SF Express
For order under 900HKD, the shipping costs are calculated automatically during the check-out process.
SF Express or the courier service may call before arrival to check if you are available to receive the package, otherwise you can tell them to leave it at your door or another location.
International
We deliver to any country. Please add items to your cart and then your delivery location to see delivery charges.
Delivery will be shipped between 1 to 3 working days and will be delivered between 3 to 14 days depending on your location. We ship via FedEx / DHL / Hong Kong Speed post so you will receive a tracking number via email.
Import tax and duties and the related customs fees may be charged, depending on the destination country. These charges are determined by customs in the destination country. Payment of the taxes and related duties will be responsibility of the recipient. Thus, the price of our goods doesn’t include additional taxes, fees, and surcharges.
The courier or your local post office will contact you with further details for customs clearance. Please note that customs clearance procedures may delay the delivery time.
Return/ Exchange.
Due to hygiene reasons, these products cannot be returned or exchanged. If there is a manufacturing fault with your product, you are welcome to contact the customer service customer@culottee.co mentioning the order number, defect explanation and picture.
